This is how my Product Hunt launch performed
Last week, I launched an online multiplayer game on ProductHunt. I had some experience of launching on product hunt earlier as well. When I launched my last product on a product hunt, I did a lot of promotions for the feedback on the product hunt. I got some 35 upvotes but my product just disappeared in-crowd.
So this time, I said to myself that I am just going t launch on a ProductHunt and do nothing. and the result was quite surprising.
On the first day, I got some 5 upvotes organically, and it started to appear in the “New” section on the product hunt at the very last. then I start to notice that upvotes are just increasing a lot. in one day I got some 150 upvotes and My product got features for the day on the Product hunt page. and got a lot of feedbacks comments for the same.
Currently, have some 250+ upvotes and still counting.
My one takes to launch on product hunt is to never ask anyone for the upvotes. The more organic upvotes from the active users the more exposure on the product hunt for your product.
